Al Hadaf Technologies Pvt Ltd provides custom software development, AI solutions, web and mobile applications, cloud/DevOps, design, and related digital services. Website content is for general information; it is not a binding offer unless confirmed in a written proposal, SOW, or signed agreement.

• Use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not impair its security or availability.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at abusive scale, introduce malware, or misrepresent your identity.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through forms or email.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the website design, branding, text, graphics, and software owned by Al Hadaf remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute site materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Ownership of custom deliverables created under a client engagement is governed by the applicable SOW or MSA (often transferring to the client upon full payment, except for our pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how).

Formal engagements begin when both parties accept a proposal, SOW, email confirmation, or signed agreement that defines scope, fees, milestones, and acceptance criteria. In case of conflict between these website Terms and a signed SOW/MSA, the signed document controls for that project.

For project work, you agree to provide timely inputs, access, content, feedback, and approvals reasonably required for delivery, and to ensure you have rights to materials you supply. Delays in client inputs may extend timelines as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and your SOW.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Order details and project configurations are retained securely as needed to perform and support the engagement.

Refund and cancellation rules for digital services and custom development are set out in our Refund Policy and in your specific agreement. Website Terms do not guarantee a full refund once work has started.

We deliver software and digital assets electronically as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. We do not ship physical goods unless expressly agreed in writing.

The website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the site is free of errors or viruses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Al Hadaf Technologies Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website. For contracted projects, liability is limited as stated in the applicable SOW/MSA (often capped at fees paid for the relevant phase).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Al Hadaf and its officers from claims arising from your misuse of the website, your breach of these Terms, or materials you supply that infringe third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any cause of action related to the website must be commenced within one (1) year after it arises. If a court finds any provision unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remainder will continue in effect.

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The last updated date will change accordingly. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
